Both editions deliver the Simulacrum grade for DaVinci Resolve. The PowerGrade edition adds the editable node tree; the LUTs edition is the LUTs alone.

Professional-grade color science. The PowerGrade edition makes its adjustments in linear space; the LUTs edition is the look baked to LUTs.

Not included

DaVinci Resolve itself and camera footage are not included with either edition.

Still to confirm before launch: LUT count, the stocks emulated, the DaVinci Resolve versions supported and the input transform the LUTs expect. No workspace source states these, so they are left out rather than guessed.
